- I propose that the search box, the field where one enters search terms, should scroll along the left side of the page as the viewer of the page scrolls down. This would make it easier for someone viewing a page to enter search terms, if they wanted to search for something else. With articles that are particularly long, such as the article about the Human, it would be tedious to scroll to the top of the page to search for another article. With the search bar that scrolls down with the page, it would be easy to move the mouse to the left of the page, click, and type their search term. I have seen this type of scrolling with advertisements on other websites. If you scrolled down, the advertisement would follow. I am not sure if this could be done with the search box, but it looks like it could be done. It would make the lives of students, teachers and employees easier, since they would be able to search faster than before. I thank you for your time, and for considering my proposal.
