This is the page for organizing chapter meetings that will be held on Friday 6:45 PM - 7:45 PM and on Saturday 6:45 PM - 7:45 PM. (formerly on meta)

How it works

Some of the open space will be reserved for chapter meetings. Open areas and rooms will be divided into sections. We plan to:

  • hang big signs/posters with letters on the walls
  • provide whiteboards that can help in discussion

Interested parties should book a place on this page, below.

Friday 6:45 PM - 7:45 PM

This will be a discussion/brainstorming session regarding a Council of Chapters, of similar. It will begin with a short presentation (by Pharos and Thomas Dalton) outlining some possible ways forward followed by an open discussion. This meeting will not make any decisions, it will just try and work out what kind of proposal, if any, should be put before the chapters for formal discussions.

If you plan to attend, please add your name below so we have an idea of numbers.
