Abstract (please use no less than 300 words to describe your proposal)

The last year on EN wiki has seen a lot of focus on Biographies of Living People, especially the tens of thousands in en:wiki/Category:All_unreferenced_BLPs. We've had admins deleting hundreds of articles out of process, an amnesty, a three layer RFC, a major drive to delete or reference thousands of articles, and the new sticky prod deletion process - as EN wiki no longer allows the creation of new unreferenced BLPs.

This panel will bring together several different perspectives on this, panellists will make short positioning statements followed by a panel discussion responding to questions from the audience.
